COMTEC® 6000 DustEx
Fast and precise O2 measurement
COMTEC® 6000 DustEx provides permanent and reliable gas analysis in Ex zones 21/22 with high dust loads. The DustEx probe is extremely robust and withstands the abrasive forces in high dust atmospheres.
The standard InSitu analyzer system for use in dust explosion zones 21/22 is COMTEC® 6000 DustEx. In accordance to the tough demands placed on measuring systems in high dust processes, the DustEx is ATEX certified to II 2D Ex tb IIIC T133°C/T141°C Db.
Being able to precisely determine the proportion of oxygen and COe in flue gas is the starting point for the safe and optimized operation of incinerators, as oxygen and COe are dependent to one another within a combustion process. Undesirable developments can thus be identified and rectified earlier, before any damage is caused.
The COMTEC® 6000 DustEx is also available for O2 only measurements.
