ENOTEC Highlights

Without any doubt the new CEMTEC analysing system for the measurement of O2 and CO (Combustibles) stood in the centre of interest.

To prevent the "cementation" of the analyser, the probe is continuously in motion - rotating +/- 45 degrees and once in a while in and out. Additionally, a highly effective automatic cleaning system with pressurised air ensures that dust deposits will be continuously blown away. Therefore the InSitu analysis in rotating kilns of cement plants is, for the first time, possible and the extremely high service and maintenance costs of traditional systems can be reduced to a fraction of their previous value.

The picture on the right shows the heart of the system, the two measuring cells for O2 and CO (Combustibles).

Also the COMTEC® 6000 was of significant interest to visitors. The world's first InSitu O2 and CO (combustibles) analyser is also used in the new CEMTEC® analyser system.

The analyser system called COMTEC® 6000 combines the world-proven OXITEC® technology with an innovative CO analysis based on the semiconductor technology.

Therewith the benefits of an InSitu measurement are for the first time available for CO analysis.
