Oxygen Analysing Systems in a 500 MW Mineral Coal Power Station
In this power station extractive oxygen measurement was used for the regulation before air preheater and for the supervision at the bypass flue gas hoses, and was replaced by ENOTEC ZrO2 insitu oxygen
measurements in 1998.
The analysing systems have been working trouble-free since this time, saving significant maintenance staff time and cost.
By upgrading to OXITEC® InSitu Oxygen Analyser Systems, the customer saves considerable time compared to the old system, at a rate of about 500 working hours/year for maintenance time.

Heating Power Station at a University
In September 2001 ENOTEC received an order for a Emission Measuring System at the new construction of the gas turbine in a German university hospital.
The whole new construction includes a gas turbine of 26 MW with additional fired waste heat boiler of 15 MW, and a cryogenic installation and the needed auxiliary installations.
As early as the 3rd of December 2001 ENOTEC delivers a complete analysing cabinet with a multi-component analyser for CO,NO,O2 and the corresponding Emission Evaluation computer.
ENOTEC responsibilities ranged from the supply and installation, to the first meeting with the TÜV and the Industrial Inspection Board, the acceptance of the complete measuring system within a 10 week turnaround, up to the documentation, installation,
putting into operation and trial working in February 2002 with complete customer support as needed.
