The ENOTEC Analyser Systems COMTEC® 6000 and OXITEC® 5000 have successfully passed YOKOGAWA's Host Interoperability Support Test (HIST).  

This compliance covers ENOTEC's range of O2 respectively O2/COe Analyser Systems OXITEC® 5000 and COMTEC® 6000 together with their Fieldbus interfaces which have registered full compatibility with YOKOGAWA's process control equipment product line.

CEMTEC® - ENOTEC Celebrates 5 Years Successful Low-Maintenance Operation providing Combustion Measurement in Cement Plant Rotating Kiln Inlets

For many years cement industry operators have said "Measuring in rotating kiln inlets does not work at any time." The CEMTEC® high temperature analyser system made by ENOTEC proves that this perception is no longer correct and that it is possible to measure continuously and reliably also under high dust conditions at temperatures up to 1400°C. 

For more than 5 years CEMTEC® high temperature analyser systems have been operating successfully without problems, in cement plants worldwide providing reliably and continuously, accurate current measuring values under the arduous high temperature and high dust loading conditions encounter in rotating kiln inlets.

The special features provided by a CEMTEC® high temperature analyser system can be seen during actual operation in a cement plant, in the short film which can be downloaded here (approx. 3.8 MB).

ACHEMA 2009 - Positive Signals in spite of Difficult Times

The great number of visitors to the ENOTEC stand and the high quality of discussions and contacts made during the exhibition, have made the participation at ACHEMA 2009 a success despite the difficult economical environment.

One of the top subjects of ACHEMA 2009 was Process Efficiency whose increase is one of the most important targets of the ENOTEC product development department, especially in such energy-intensive sectors as the power generation or the chemical and petroleum production where improvement in efficiency yields significant energy and cost saving which can fast exceed the investment costs many times over.  

Energy saving and with it the associated cost saving are - especially in this economically tough environment - major objectives and visitors to the ENOTEC stand revealed their confidence that the Analyser Systems of ENOTEC GmbH can offer an important contribution to these objectives.

As co-exhibitor on the FOUNDATION FieldbusTM communal stand (Hall 7, Stand B09), we would like to invite you to the Hannover Fair (INTERKAMA) from 20th to 24th of April 2009.

Analyser Systems for flue gas and process gas analysis are continually developing and are providing more and more information as requirements changes. For reasons of process optimisation, it is important to make the information readily available to the control systems personnel "just in time". The FOUNDATION Fieldbus technology offers an information infrastructure which satisfies all requirements concerning flexibility and speed of response.

As ENOTEC GmbH has been a member of FOUNDATION FieldbusTM since June 2008 it is participating, as co-exhibitor on the FOUNDATION Fieldbus communal stand (Hall 7, Stand B09) at the Hannover Fair. MCERTS 2009

ENOTEC will be exhibiting at MCERTS 2009 on Stand 18. ENOTEC on the MCERTS At this year’s event we will be demonstrating SYSTEC, our CEMS system building capability. This will be complemented by the attendance on both days by our SYSTEC product manager who will be able to give expert advice and application details of the many systems supplied to customer’s world wide.

Also on display will be the well proven and MCERT approved OXITEC® Oxygen analyser, industry standard for Power Plant and Refinery applications. Well worth attending will be our daily workshop presentation SYSTEC Process and Emission Measurement Systems.

Presentation of the CEMTEC® Kiln Inlet Measurement System at the CEMENTEX 2008 Exhibition in Tehran, Iran

From 4th to 7th of December 2008 ENOTEC GmbH together with their Irani partner ZIST AP Ltd exhibited at the 1st International Exhibition for Cement & Concrete Industry, Technology, Machinery & Equipment (CEMENTEX) in Tehran. The centre stage was taken by the CEMTEC® Kiln Inlet Measurement System, but also on display and attracting great attention was the ENOTEC System Technology (SYSTEC) Division with its Process and Emission Measuring Systems for large combustion applications and boilers of every description.

During the course of the seminar programme, ENOTEC’s graduate engineer, Oliver Klaus, presented ENOTEC’s complete solution SYSTEC for all combustion applications and the many advantages of the CEMTEC® High Temperature Gas Sampling Probe with InSitu oxygen analyzer, whose mechanical cleaning allows the uninterrupted sampling and analysing of process gas over long periods. 

Following the great success enjoyed by ENOTEC GmbH and ZIST AP Ltd. at this year’s exhibition, they will certainly participate in CEMENTEX next year.

CEMTEC® live at the Hannover Fair

On the Hannover Fair from 21st to 25th of April 2008 a fully functional CEMTEC® sampling probe premiered. The movability of the probe (traversing, turning, pushing, blowing off) could be demonstrated "in action" and has attracted lively interest.

CEMTEC® is the innovation in the field of rotating kiln inlets, and who is able to deliver an analysing system which measures maintenance free for month under the adverse conditions of a cement kiln, does not take fright at other difficult measuring conditions.

OXITEC® 500E TÜV certified 

At 29th January 2008 the extractive Oxygen Analyser OXITEC® 500E got the Certification according to DIN EN 14181 und DIN EN ISO 14956 from TÜV Rheinland.

The TÜV Certification can be downloaded here in the form of a PDF file (approx. 141 KB) in German and English language.
