COMTEC 6000 is the world's first InSitu O2-CO analyser. Utilizing insitu measuring technology (Insitu is measurement directly in the flue gas
or process stream, without any need for
gas sampling or extraction), the COMTEC 6000 continuously and simultaneously measures Oxygen and Combustibles, even in dirty flue gas conditions to measure O2 & CO deviations together, to help monitor the performance of the combustion process and the efficiency of the burner. Overall safety will be increased boiler/burner maintenance
schedules clearly defined, and operating costs reduced providing maximum possible efficiency to the combustion process.
The Steam Purity Analyser - SPA 500 is a joint development of DSM Elastomers Europe Research, ENOTEC GmbH and Multi Instruments B.V. The analyser system is especially designed and build to fulfill the need of measure accurately the purity of steam at very high preasure inside steam heated Autoclave's during the process of
Vulcanisation of rubber using Peroxyde H2O2. In particular, the monitoring of the steam purity continously will reduce the time needed for steaming purge resulting in faster production cycles, decreasing the cost of steam required and greatly improving product quality and yield.
The product quality has proven to be increased because the Autoclave operator is able to monitor and record accurately all relevant process conditions during a complete production cycle. The SPA 500 is TÜV approved.
But there are also developements on our well-established OXITEC® ZrO2 InSitu oxygen probes. The new generation of measuring probes called KES500X has several major design improvements:
- The testgas tube has been relocated inside the probe itself. This protects the test gas tube from possible corrosion due to temperature changes and possible combustion acid condensation.
- The testgas tube is now fully field-exchangeable, and available as an individual spare part if required.
- The new flue gas ceramic filter element is field-exchangeable using a screw collar attachment, eliminating the need for ceramic cement.
- An optional calibration gas solenoid valve is now integrated inside the probe terminal connection box, when fully automatic calibration is required using the OXITEC® SME5 electronics package.
