Fake
ENOTEC Oxygen Analyzer Systems & Parts are being produced in China
ENOTEC Customers, Distributors and Sales Agents are warned that there
are a number of fake ENOTEC designed products and parts circulating that
will jeopardize and invalidate the original ENOTEC warranty and
performance specification as supplied by the original equipment
manufacturer – ENOTEC GmbH of Germany.
The
inferior parts are being produced in China and are directly focusing on
both existing ENOTEC customers and new potential ENOTEC customers who
may need parts, service and support for their OXITEC®
Oxygen Analyzer systems.
ENOTEC
GmbH recently successfully won a historic court case in China against a
company who deliberately copied some ENOTEC products, used a similar
name and generally “passed itself off” as the original manufacturer.
The prosecuted company also falsified ENOTEC and British Standard ISO
9000 quality and performance certificates to build their false image to
the market. ENOTEC will continue to take aggressive legal action against
any company or persons attempting to engage and promote in this
type of activity.
